Q: Can I buy boots or cowboy hats online?
A: Currently, boots and cowboy hats are not sold online. If you know your exact size and still want to purchase, email us — we’ll ship it to you.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size or quantity?
A: No. The buyer is responsible for ordering the correct size and quantity.


Q: What if my package gets lost or stolen?
A: Saba’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.


Q: Do you price match?
A: No, we do not offer price matching at this time.


Q: Will my order come with a receipt or packing slip?
A: Not currently. We do not include packing slips or receipts with orders.
